BuyBeauty.com Guarantee and Returns Policy and Procedure

At Buybeauty.com we offer top name brand cosmetics at discount prices. Due to the DEEP discount, ALL these branded cosmetics SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or refund. We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction and are EXCLUSIVE BuyBeauty products ARE covered under the return/exchange policy (30 Days UNOPENED).

Exchanges & Returns

All Exchanges and Returns must be authorized by the Customer Service Department. Please call us Toll FREE on 1-888-690-1843 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return shipping instructions. Customer Service is available Monday – Saturday 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST .

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any unused/unopened products in re-saleable condition within 30 days from the date your order ships. You must enclose a letter in your exchange stating the reason you are requesting the exchange. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including the item(s) you wish to exchange and a copy of the invoice. Your re-shipment will be processed once we have completed an inspection of the product. Returns/Refunds

All BuyBeauty Exclusive products come with a 30-day no-hassle guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED/UNUSED items back to us within 30 days of shipment excluding makeup and we will gladly refund your money. All sales are final on all makeup. We recommend you use an insured carrier. We cannot refund shipping charges. *If you received FREE shipping on your original order, $6.95 will be deducted from your qualifying refund amount if you choose to return your product(s) at any time. We cannot accept returns past 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Check refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned items. Please contact customer service by e-mail enquries@buybeauty.com or by calling us toll free at 1-888-690-1843 to obtain a return authorization number and for assistance with your return. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including the item(s) you are returning and the copy of the invoice. Your refund will be processed following an inspection of the returned item(s). If this policy is not followed, your refund/exchange will be denied.

With regards to refunds on cards please note that it may take your financial institution up to 14 business days to process any refund amount and credit your account.

Please note: You are responsible for the shipping fees when you return for a refund or exchange. It may take up to 30 business days to process the return amount and credit your account. If you have any questions about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-690-1843 . We are unable to refund any shipping charges. A copy of the Invoice MUST be included with return merchandise or your return may be rejected.

Missing/Damaged Item(s)

Any claims for missing or carrier-damaged items must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 3 business days after the receipt of your delivery. Please contact customer service by e-mail at enquires@buybeauty.com or call us toll free at 1-888-690-1843 for assistance. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified more than 3 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product. Please note that it may take up to 30 business days to process the return amount and credit your account. Other Policies

Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked “refused”. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on Earrings due to sanitary reasons.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order, the delivery process automatically commences and products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We regret therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped, however, our 30 day Money Back Guarantee will apply.
