Shipping Policy
BuyBeauty Shipping Policy :
We strive to get every order processed and to your door with both speed and accuracy. Because our software system sends your order directly to the warehouse, it is impossible to cancel orders once they are in our system. Our orders are processed and shipped from one of our 5 warehouses nationwide and abroad.

While we strive to keep our inventory records up to date and as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee an item’s availability. If for any reason, the item is unavailable (either temporarily or because it has been discontinued), we will notify you of the delay, as well as potential substitutions immediately.

Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.

Shipping Carriers

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery.

International Shipping

BuyBeauty.com does not currently ship to any locations outside the U.S however you may like to visit www.mybeautysecrets.co.uk who will be able to ship international orders.

Undeliverable Package

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund less a re-stocking fee detailed below.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site with a new address.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

If an APO or FPO address is entered incorrectly, the package will not reach its destination. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click My Account. Click either the Edit button or the Delete button above the address you want to change or remove.

Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address.

The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address for your orders. All orders with "PO BOX" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail. Also, if you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forwards first-class mail and magazines, and does not forward packages.

Failed Delivery Attempts.

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $200 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient.

If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

Restocking Fee

If an order is returned to the warehouse as undeliverable or refused by recipient, a 25% re-stocking fee PLUS the cost of shipping to/from warehouse will be applied and reduced from refund amount.

DOT Restricted Items

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. But the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include:
  • Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
  • Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.

We are unable to ship DOT-restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses.
