We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction. All our products come with a 30 Day No Quibble Guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING and will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier or RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. We cannot accept returns past 30 days from the date of order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Can I cancel my order?
A. Once you have placed an order, the delivery process automatically commences and products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We regret therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped, however, our 30 day Money Back Guarantee will apply.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. All card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items. If you would prefer to exchange an item, rather than be refunded for it, please email us to email@example.com
If you intend to return any part of your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your CUSTOMER ORDER NUMBER., NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your CUSTOMER ORDER NUMBER can be found at the top of the packing slip you receive with your order.

Please note: All exchanges or returns must be shipped to the address above within 30 days of ordering together with a letter detailing why you are returning the product. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise.
