Pams's Passion Patch
This natural product is designed to boost women's libido. This unique patch has been developed using a specific combination of herbs, which, for many years have been attributed with boosting female arousal, energy and general sexual health.
Adhesive patches are harnessed to transport a proscribed dose of the active ingredients through skin membranes gradually through a method described as a Transdermal delivery system. A skin patch uses a special membrane to control the rate at which the liquid drug contained in the reservoir within the patch can pass through the skin and into the blood stream.
Prominent physicians are describing transdermal delivery as "The delivery system of the future" since it is found that the absorption rate of numerous supplements is high when administered through the skin.
This is because when supplements are administered transdermally, they are delivered to the blood stream directly, initially evading the liver, intestine and stomach. As a consequence, up to 95% of the supplements reach the target cells.
The majority of medication is taken orally and at intervals which could be inconvenient. Some of the active ingredients in drugs are neutralized or partially destroyed when reaching the intestine, liver or stomach before entering the blood stream. Consequently, a larger dose is required to ensure efficacy, which accordingly may increase the chance of side effects. Tiny levels of the active ingredients are administered constantly over a 24 hour period preventing highs and lows. This has particular use when you desire the ingredients to function overnight, since this is the principal time for cells in the body to re-generate.
Directions for use
Remove the product from the packaging, carefully so the patch does not tear. Do not use scissors as this may damage the patch. Remove the plastic backing, exposing the sticky side. Do not touch this adhesive layer.
Attach the patch securely, with the adhesive side downwards to a dry, clean, hairless area of skin. Please see the directions in the pack with regards to the area of the body the patch should be applied to. Avoid irritated or broken skin and spots. Do not contaminate the skin with moisturizer, powder or creams before attaching the patch, since this may prevent it from fixing properly.
To avoid irritation to the skin, attach a new patch to a slightly different area of skin than used with the previous patch.
For removal of the patch: unpeel one corner of the patch and pull it smoothly away from the skin. Baby oil can be used to remove any adhesive or residue left by the patch. If a patch falls off, substitute it with a fresh one and continue your routine for changing patches as normal. Ensure skin is cool when applying a patch.
Wearing the patch under elasticated waistbands or tight clothing should be avoided.
Do not expose the patch to direct sunlight, for instance when sunbathing.
If you expose the patch to heat or exercise, the amount of supplement absorbed into the body may increase, which can potentially lead to an increased risk of side effects.
Do not cut or divide a patch.
